Shipping Overview

How We Ship

Coffee Totaler partners with trusted courier services across India to ensure your coffee arrives fresh and on time. We dispatch all orders from our facility in New Delhi. Every order is carefully packed to protect the freshness and integrity of your coffee.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on a working day are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends/holidays are processed the next working day.

Freshness First

We roast to order or dispatch from fresh stock. Your coffee is always packed with an airtight valve-sealed bag to preserve freshness during transit. We include the roast date on every package so you always know exactly how fresh your coffee is.

Delivery Zones

Pan-India Delivery

We ship to all major cities, towns, and most serviceable PIN codes across India. This includes metro cities, Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities, and select remote areas depending on courier coverage.

Unserviceable Areas

Some PIN codes in remote or restricted zones may not be serviceable. If your PIN code is not covered, you will be notified at checkout before payment. We are continuously expanding our delivery network.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping. We are working on expanding our reach globally — stay tuned to our newsletter and social channels for announcements.

Estimated Delivery Times

Metro Cities

Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune, Ahmedabad: estimated 2–4 business days after dispatch.

Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities

Most major Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities: estimated 4–6 business days after dispatch.

Remote & Rural Areas

Remote, hilly, or island areas: estimated 6–10 business days after dispatch. Timelines may vary based on courier reach and local conditions.

Delays Beyond Our Control

Natural events, severe weather, public holidays, courier strikes, or government-mandated restrictions may delay shipments. We will communicate proactively if significant delays are anticipated.

Coffee Totaler offers free shipping on all orders across India, with no minimum order value. There are no hidden charges or surcharges — the price you see at checkout is exactly what you pay.

Order Tracking

Dispatch Confirmation

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to the courier's tracking page. You can also find your tracking number in the 'My Orders' section of your account.

Real-Time Tracking

Use the tracking number provided to monitor your shipment in real time on the courier partner's website or app. Tracking information is usually updated within 24 hours of dispatch.

Tracking Not Updating

If tracking has not updated in 48 hours after dispatch, this may be due to a courier scanning delay. If 72 hours have passed without an update, please contact our support team and we will investigate with the courier on your behalf.

Our Packaging

Freshness Packaging

All coffee products are packed in premium resealable, valve-sealed pouches that lock in freshness and allow CO₂ to escape without letting oxygen in. The outer shipping box is reinforced to withstand courier handling.

Eco-Conscious Approach

We are actively working to reduce packaging waste. Our mailer boxes are made from recycled materials and are fully recyclable. We avoid single-use plastics wherever possible.

Gift Orders

If you are ordering as a gift, select 'Gift Packaging' at checkout (where available). Gift orders are packed with a handwritten note card and special tissue wrapping at no extra charge.

Failed Delivery Attempts

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners typically attempt delivery up to 3 times. If no one is available to receive the package, the courier will leave a delivery attempt notice and try again the next business day.

Held at Facility

After 3 unsuccessful attempts, your package may be held at the courier facility for up to 7 days. You can contact the courier directly using your tracking number to arrange pickup or re-delivery.

Return to Origin

If the package is unclaimed and returned to us, we will notify you by email. A re-shipping fee will apply for the second dispatch attempt. If you choose not to reship, we will process a partial refund (excluding original shipping charges).

Damaged or Lost Shipments

Damaged on Arrival

If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the outer packaging and the product before opening further. Contact us at info@coffeetotaler.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

Lost in Transit

If your order has not arrived within 15 business days of the dispatch date and tracking shows no movement, we will raise a formal investigation with the courier. Once confirmed as lost, we will dispatch a replacement or issue a full refund at your choice.

Insurance

All shipments are covered by our standard carrier liability. For high-value orders, we may offer additional shipping insurance at checkout.

Address Guidelines

Accurate Address is Essential

Please ensure your full name, complete address including flat/house number, street, landmark, city, state, and PIN code are correct before placing your order. An incorrect or incomplete address is one of the most common causes of delivery failure.

Address Changes

If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, contact us immediately at info@coffeetotaler.com. If the order has not yet been dispatched, we can update the address. Once dispatched, address changes are not possible.

PO Box & Office Delivery

We can deliver to PO Boxes and office addresses. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package during business hours if shipping to an office.
