You can cancel or modify your order only before it has been dispatched. Please contact us immediately at info@coffeetotaler.com or WhatsApp +91 84483 31345 if you need to make changes. Once dispatched, modifications are not possible.

No, there is no minimum order value. You can order a single pack if you'd like. Shipping is always free regardless of your order size.

Specialty coffee refers to the highest grade of coffee beans — scoring 80+ points on a 100-point scale by the Specialty Coffee Association. These coffees are traceable to specific farms or regions, processed with care, and roasted to highlight their unique flavour characteristics.

The Swiss Water® Process is a 100% chemical-free method for removing caffeine from coffee. It uses only water, time, and temperature to extract caffeine while preserving the original flavour compounds. All our decaffeinated coffees are Swiss Water® processed.

Store your coffee in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, heat, and moisture. Keep it in the original valve-sealed bag or an airtight container. Avoid storing coffee in the refrigerator or freezer as moisture can affect the flavour. For best results, consume within 4–6 weeks of the roast date.

The roast date is the date your coffee was roasted. For optimal flavour, coffee should ideally be consumed between 7 days and 6 weeks after the roast date — this is when the flavours are most developed and at their peak.

Grind size depends on your brewing method. Coarse grind for French Press and Cold Brew, medium-coarse for Chemex, medium for Pour Over and Drip, medium-fine for AeroPress, and fine for Espresso. Our product pages include brewing recommendations for each coffee.

Yes! Many of our coffees work beautifully as espresso. Look for our 'Espresso Recommended' tag on product pages, or reach out to us if you'd like a personalised recommendation based on your machine and taste preference.

We accept all major payment methods via Razorpay, including UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), net banking, and digital wallets. You can also redeem Brew Bucks at checkout to offset part or all of your payment.

Absolutely. All payment transactions are processed by Razorpay, which is PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant — the highest standard of payment security. Coffee Totaler never stores your card details.

Yes. A GST-compliant invoice is automatically generated and sent to your registered email address upon order confirmation. Our GST number is 07AERPA6855N1ZU and FSSAI license number is 13324998000242.

Payment failures can occur due to incorrect card details, insufficient balance, bank security restrictions, or network issues. Please verify your details and try again. If the issue persists, contact your bank or try a different payment method. Coffee Totaler is not responsible for bank charges on declined transactions.

You can combine Brew Bucks with a regular payment method (UPI, card, net banking). For example, you can redeem ₹50 worth of Brew Bucks and pay the remaining balance via UPI. However, you cannot split payment across two different cards or bank accounts.

Shipping

Shipping is always free on all orders across India — no minimum order value, no conditions. We believe great coffee should be accessible without hidden charges.

After dispatch, delivery typically takes 2–4 business days for metro cities, 4–6 days for Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities, and 6–10 days for remote areas. Orders are dispatched Monday through Saturday.

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also view your tracking details in 'My Orders' in your account. Tracking updates are available on the courier partner's website.

Not yet — we currently ship within India only. International shipping is on our roadmap and we'll announce it to our subscribers when it's available. Sign up for our newsletter to stay updated.

First, check with neighbours, building security, or anyone else at your address. If still missing, contact the courier using your tracking number. If unresolved after 24 hours, email us at info@coffeetotaler.com and we'll investigate with the courier on your behalf.

Returns & Refunds

We accept refund or replacement claims for damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled orders. Claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We cannot accept returns for taste preference or on opened products.

Email info@coffeetotaler.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and packaging. Our team will review and respond within 2 business days.

Once approved, refunds are initiated within 24 hours. Depending on your bank or payment method, the amount typically reflects in your account within 5–10 business days.

Yes. If a full refund is approved, any Brew Bucks that were redeemed for that order will be reinstated to your account. Brew Bucks earned from the purchase will also be reversed.

Brew Bucks

Brew Bucks are Coffee Totaler's loyalty points. You earn them on every purchase and through special events. They can be redeemed at checkout to reduce the amount you pay. Think of them as a thank-you from us for being part of the Coffee Totaler community.

You earn Brew Bucks by: verifying your email on registration (25 points), making purchases (earn points for each product purchased — check the product page for exact reward amounts), and through limited-time promotional events.

At checkout, you'll see an option to apply your Brew Bucks balance. Enter the amount you'd like to redeem (up to your available balance) and the discount will be applied instantly. Brew Bucks can cover part or all of your order.

Brew Bucks do not expire as long as your account is active. However, if your account is deleted or suspended for policy violations, your Brew Bucks balance will be forfeited.

No, Brew Bucks are non-transferable and tied to your individual account. They cannot be gifted, sold, or combined with another account's balance.

Click 'Get Started' in the top navigation, enter your name, email, and a password. You'll receive an OTP to verify your email — enter it to activate your account and receive your 25 Brew Bucks sign-up bonus.

Click 'Sign In', then 'Forgot Password'. Enter your registered email and we'll send you a 6-digit OTP. Use it to set a new password. The OTP expires in 5 minutes.

Log in and go to 'My Account'. You can update your name, phone number, and profile photo from there. Shipping addresses can be added or edited in the 'Addresses' section during checkout.

Go to 'My Account' → 'Settings' → 'Delete Account'. You'll be asked to confirm. Deletion is permanent — your data will be removed within 30 days, though order records may be retained for tax compliance as required by law.

No, one account per person is allowed. Creating multiple accounts to exploit sign-up bonuses or promotions is against our Terms of Service and may result in all accounts being suspended.
